Step 1: Check Your Message History

Tap “Messages” in the bottom navigation bar.

• A list of users you’ve already exchanged messages with will be displayed. → If you find the person you're looking for, proceed to Step 3: Write your message or Step 4: Send your ♥.

  → If you don’t see the person, tap the ⊕ button to search for them.

  (You can also go to Step 5: Sending Gratitude by Email to Non-Users.)

• Use the user search screen (“Find”) to look for someone you want to send a message or a Heart to.
